Warranty

All repairs come with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified.

Tuning and Aftermarket Performance Component Disclaimer / Warranty:

High performance racing is extremely hazardous, and death may occur. Our products have no warranty or representations made with the ability to protect against injury, death or damage of any kind. High performance racing, aggressive driving, including driving for any period of time at full throttle, and car modifications of any kind that facilitate aggressive driving may reduce the useful life of the car and any of its wearable parts. Improving the performance of an engine by altering the engine's computer software may cause the engine to "work harder" and could result in damage to the car. The user assumes any and all risks. Fuel Mileage claims are based on tests during ideal conditions and are averages, your actual results will vary based on a wide variety of conditions and factors, therefore all fuel mileage claims are not guaranteed. RS Motorwerks and it's affiliates are not responsible for any damage to a car whose ECU has been flashed or to any car that has been modified with aftermarket performance components. Items that we sell for off road and racing use only have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and are not approved or recommended for street use. Understanding the legal requirements or legal limitations regarding the use of these products are the sole responsibility of the buyer and or user. We are not responsible or liable for errors or omissions. All tunings come with a 10 day satisfaction guarantee. The customer has 10 days after receiving the tuning to notify us of any problem or defect. The ECU must then be returned or re-flashed within 5 days for updated programming. The customer then has another 10 days after receiving the updated programming to determine if they are satisfied. Refunds will not be possible after either 10 day period. All ECU's must be returned to stock programming in order to receive a refund. Any and all purchases of our items constitute full agreement with this disclaimer. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
